"Self-confidence is the first thing the course gave me, and it allowed me to dream. I’d always dreamt about improving myself; through Machshava Tova and the course, I really succeeded"

Inas Aatzi, 44 from Lod, a former kindergarten teacher, graduate of Machshava Tova’s Office Management Course, and currently working in the municipal welfare department, as a family counselor to help people understand their rights

Digital inequality affects many population sectors and is an obstacle  to educational and professional advancement. In Israel, there is a huge digital gap, which exacerbates social disparities and negatively affects equal opportunity.

These gaps and disparities are more pronounced than ever, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in massive layoffs. Even people who had not experienced social disparity before, now find themselves incapable of advancing and lacking the proper tools needed  to re-enter the workforce.

Understanding these difficulties, we’ve designed solutions for job seekers and those interested in upgrading their professional capabilities.

At Machshava Tova, our employment programming does not focus on  job placement, but rather with professional empowerment. In addition to acquiring the necessary technological tools, we emphasize the need to gain confidence in a digital environment and in independent learning methods and processes.

We believe that providing access to technology in a supportive and empowering environment opens a world of opportunities for education, employment, and social integration for job seekers  and others interested in upgrading their professional capabilities
