“I found the faith and courage to tell people to look at my actions and to not judge me by the way I look.”

David, 18 years old, is a Machsahava Tova graduate, winner of the Eco-Tech Competition and NFTE International Competition. Currently a student in the technological reserve unit at Kinneret Technological College, upon graduation he’ll be assigned to a technological position in the Israeli Air Force.

Machshava Tova is a pedagogical leader in STEM education fields. We believe it is a means of cultivating a culture of innovation, supporting, and empowerment for future generations, out of a belief that technology is the key to the future.

Our curriculum leverages youth's fascination with technology in order to provide them with experiences of success, a sense of self-efficacy, and tools for effective integration into the modern world and ever-changing job market. The programs are suitable not only for at-risk youth, but for all youth who come from Israel’s social-geographic periphery, where these tools may not be accessible in their immediate environs.

It is clear that rapidly changing technology has impacted the job market and will affect what traits and skills employers will look for in future workers. At Machshava Tova, we believe that the more young people are introduced to technology in a supportive and enriching environment, the more likely the participants will successfully integrate into these fields in the future.

Machshava Tova’s youth programs combine high-quality, professional-level knowledge with 21st century skills, teamwork, research, independent learning, and public speaking, as well as practical experience in an in-demand technological field. This opens up education and employment opportunities for young people in relevant and current technological fields, expanding their employment possibilities in the future.
