“I found the faith and courage to tell people to look at my actions and to not judge me by the way I look.”

David, age 18, is a Machsahava Tova graduate, winner of the Eco-Tech Competition and the NFTE International Competition. Currently, David is a student in the technological reserve unit at Kineret Technological College. Upon graduation he will be assigned to a technological position in the Israeli Air Force.

Machshava Tova is a pedagogical leader in STEM education fields. We believe technology is a means of cultivating a culture of innovation, support, and empowerment for future generations. Technology is the key to the future.

Our curriculum takes advantage of young people's fascination with technology in order to provide them with experiences of success, a sense of self-competence, and tools for effective integration into the modern world and the ever-changing job market. The programs are suitable not only for disadvantaged youth, but for all young people from Israel’s geo-social periphery, where these tools may not be accessible in their direct environments.

Rapidly changing technology has impacted the job market immensely and will affect what traits and skills employers will look for in future employees. At Machshava Tova, we believe that the more young people are introduced to technology in a supportive and enriching environment, the more likely it will be for the participants to successfully integrate into these fields in the future.

Machshava Tova’s youth programs combine high-quality professional knowledge with 21st-century skills, teamwork, research, independent learning, and public speaking. Additionally, participants get practical experience in an in-demand technological field. This opens up education and employment opportunities for young people in relevant technological fields, expanding their employment possibilities in their future.
